Outlook 2013 does not download messages older than a year

When you use Outlook 2013 in cached mode you’ll notice that it only downloads messages that were downloaded in the last 12 months.

Resolution:

If you want to see/download all the messages you have to go to Account Settings and slide the pointer to the end to choose to download all the messages:

Printing from IE 10 on Windows 8. It prints blank page when you try to print from IE 10 on Windows 8

When you try to print from IE 10 on Windows 8 it prints a blank page.

Resolution:

Method 1:

Create a folder called Low under : %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp

Go to Windows+Run and type: icacls %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel low

Restart IE

 

Method 2:

Disable Protected Mode in IE. Internet Options -> Security tam and uncheck Enabled Protected Mode.

Restart IE
